In short
Taught workplace digital skills to 100+ students from under-resourced schools, after mapping schools by infrastructure gap and getting authorities on side.
Students from under-resourced schools lacked familiarity with tools employers treat as standard, such as Excel and PowerPoint. The programme content already existed. The work was choosing schools by infrastructure gap, getting authorities to agree in stakeholder meetings, building the training material and following up afterwards.
More than a hundred students went through the seminars and hands-on workshops. Most of the delivery risk sat in getting access, not in the teaching.
